Sport and movement have been with me all my life. I actually attended my first yoga class by accident 6 years ago. It caught my attention and so yoga gradually became a firm part of my life.

What I like about Iyengar yoga is the precise execution of the postures, which teach us to work with parts of the body that we don't normally have access to. The way the tools are used is a chapter in itself. I really appreciate how they can help the body and mind set up the correct postures and reap the benefits.
I enjoy the transformation that yoga brings into our lives, so that we can see both a change in our perception of ourselves and the world around us.
