All my life, physical activity has been a big challenge and hard work that I have always tried to avoid. More than 10 years ago, my attention turned to yoga, which I thought promised to strengthen the body and strengthen the mind. And so I was introduced to Iyengar Yoga and it was love at first sight.

I was fascinated by the deep and detailed insight into the mechanical functions of the body, and very interested in exploring and learning about my own body and myself. Of course, it was not without effort.

I am very grateful to my yoga teachers for teaching me to love movement. Building physical stability has also brought a mental boost to my life. I enjoy pushing my limits further and love seeing the changes in my life that yoga brings.
