It was a coincidence. More than ten years ago, my back started hurting at work and a colleague called me: 'Come to yoga'. And then you may know it too. Slowly, shaping the body into postures and controlling the breath has extended beyond the mat into our relationship with our surroundings and ourselves. Yoga helped me get physically, mentally and professionally fit and now it was time to give back. Giving back is for me being able to pass on the experience gained from years of guided and self-practice again. And to add my piece of experience to the millennium old work - yoga. Oh, and I still feel my back sometimes, but it "hurts" in a completely different way.
