Mantras can be very beneficial not only for your body and mind, but also on your heart and soul on a spiritual level. They bring peace of mind and support the flow of energy in the system of energy pathways and energy centers – chakras.

They help increase the ability to concentrate and connect us with those who have walked the path of yoga before us. In the individual lessons, you will learn to work with the breath, text and symbolism of individual verses by reciting simple mantras. A short meditation will also help calm the mind.
