Veronika Tomko

Veronika loves exploring yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and received her first teaching certificate in India in 2012. A constant curiosity, an intense drive to improve her own physical fitness and a great desire to learn more not only about herself, but also about life and others, has taken her to courses in London, Warsaw, Amsterdam and Prague. She has successfully completed a very thorough basic three-year training in Hatha Yoga, guided by the BKS Iyengar method, which is committed to the continuous development of its teachers and students and, through the use of tools, allows anyone to practice.

Veronika says of herself and her yoga practice, "Yoga is a path to a stable body, a flexible mind and a lightness of being. Through conscious work with my body, I recognize my physical and mental potential, but also certain limitations. By uncovering, exploring and eventually transcending certain gaps, I can live the best version of myself that I am capable of at any given moment. And that is extremely liberating for me. The classes I lead are varied in content, charge and difficulty. There's something for both the moderately advanced and the complete beginner."
