My lifelong interest in sports and movement in general led me to yoga, and I have always been fascinated by the possibilities

of building mental stability and life balance.

My path to yoga has been a winding one, so to speak.

At first it was just a physical challenge, then a way of mental and intellectual relaxation, and then

also a form of physiotherapy to help me with pain in my body or parts of my body. Yoga also became a form of learning patience, humility and acceptance of things as they are and last but not least a challenge to overcome my limits and weaknesses and the ability to simply enjoy the gradual improvement and to be aware of the moment and merge with it.
