Topic: Study of balance poses
This workshop will focus on the connection between balance postures and concentration to increase stamina in postures. We will work our way from moving the body through lighter positions to balance positions that we will stay in for longer periods of time.
Specifications:
We will work on the large joints such as the hips and shoulders. Through stretching the legs and arms, we will create space in the torso. We will explain how to perform the postures to firm and stretch the body. We will go through a progression of comprehensive practice including inverted postures and pranayama.
